Lone Star Surprises — SMS Program Terms

The program

Lone Star Surprises is a recurring SMS (text message) program operated by Lone Star Markets LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Lone Star Markets," "we," "us"). By enrolling in the Lone Star Surprises loyalty program at one of our in-store kiosks, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from Lone Star Markets at the mobile number you provide — including deals, rewards updates, and surprises. We may also send a one-time welcome message (which may include a complimentary gift card) to new residents of buildings where we operate a market.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — these are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Separately from this program, we send one-time passcodes by text when you sign in to your loyalty account. Those sign-in messages are transactional, are not part of this marketing program, and continue even if you opt out of marketing texts.

Our other text program

These terms cover the Lone Star Surprises loyalty program only. We also operate a separate text-message program for scheduled dinner delivery to residents of communities where we run a market (dinner-delivery SMS terms). The two programs use separate phone numbers and separate consent: joining or leaving one has no effect on the other, and replying STOP to one does not stop the other.

Opting out

Text STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) in reply to any program message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, after which you will receive no further marketing texts from us unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of marketing texts does not cancel your loyalty membership — you keep your points and can keep earning them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the account holder on the mobile number provided (or have the account holder's permission), to enroll.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is offered on supported U.S. carriers; carriers may change supported programs at any time.

Changes and termination

We may suspend or end the program, or update these terms, at any time. The current terms are always available at this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
