Dinner Delivery — SMS Program Terms

The program

This is the dinner-delivery text-message program operated by Lone Star Markets LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Lone Star Markets," "we," "us") for residents of apartment communities where we operate an unattended market. On a service day, one restaurant serves one community: we text you the evening's restaurant and a link to order, a confirmation when you order, and a notice when your food is delivered to your door.

Messages in this program are the menu announcement, a last-call reminder, your order confirmation, an on-the-way notice, a delivery notice, and — if service is cancelled — a cancellation and refund notice.

How to join

Text your community's code to our dinner-delivery number. The code is posted on signage at the market inside your own community and on flyers in the same building. We reply asking for your unit number and then your first name; you are enrolled once you provide both. We never message a number that has not texted us first, we use no purchased lists, and we do not buy, sell, or share phone numbers or text-message consent.

Cost

There is no charge to join the program or to receive its messages. Food is sold at menu price — no delivery fee, no service fee, no minimum order, and no tipping.

Message frequency varies — we text when dinner service is scheduled at your community, and that schedule is irregular. Message and data rates may apply; these are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.

Help and opting out

Reply HELP for help, or contact us at help@lonestarmarkets.com or +1 469 778 5050. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages; it takes effect immediately.

Our other text program

STOP applies to this program only. Our loyalty program for market customers is a separate text-message program with its own phone number and its own consent (loyalty program SMS terms). Replying STOP to one does not stop the other.

Carriers

The program is offered on supported U.S. carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes and termination

We may suspend or end the program, or update these terms, at any time. The current terms are always available at this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.

Our collection and use of your phone number, unit number, first name, and order activity are described in our Privacy Policy.
